This weekend we visited the Stamford Museum and Nature Center, where they had an exhibit on "Lego - Art of the Imagination".
At the front they have two sleeping lion sculptures, which I think are a nice contrast to the stately guarding lions of the New York City Library, an image of which is on my purse.

Inside we viewed Lego art created by Nathan Sawaya. Here a blue man is constructing his own left arm with legos.

This man and his reflection is all in Legos. Pretty amazing to look at.
They had three rooms of his Lego art, plus a Lego trainscape being constructed by local high school students. The kids we saw there that day were loving the art and were trying to figure out how it was made.
