Spring is bursting out all over! 2008

Pictured is my favorite tree in full pink bloom this week. Walking by this everyday makes me happy!


We went hiking at Sleeping Giant State Park in Hamden, CT, only 20 minutes away from our house. I'm sitting in the window at the top of the stone turret with a view of New Haven behind me. I'm 18 weeks pregnant.
(What is it with CT and stone turret/castles? This is the fourth one we've found!)


Sleeping Giant is full of letterboxes, so we went in search of 8 boxes and found 6. Most were a very cool X-Files series and one reminded me of Indiana Jones. For more info on letterboxing, go to www.atlasquest.com.
