En Route to Glimmerglass via the Berks

Today, I left New Haven (& Jamie, wah) and traveled to the Berkshires. I visited briefly with friends at Berkshire Theater Festival, stashed the cat at a pet friendly hotel, walked around Great Barrington, and saw a concert by the Bacon Brothers. I got to see Kevin Bacon, along with his brother and band, boogieing his slim legs across stage. Fun, and pretty good music too! And I enjoyed the Berkshire weather - warm, with sudden thunderstorms. The cat has a nervous tummy about it all - she had a messy hairball on the hotel bed while I was away, now I'll have a cleaning bill (doh!). Ah well.
